（1）弹性模量
在低温下，有磁性转变的奥氏体型不锈钢其泊松比相应地产生极值。
（2）热膨胀性
对于奥氏体型不锈钢，在80k以下收缩率（相对于273K）的大小略有差异，镍的含量对收缩率有一定的影响。
（3）磁性
在低温下，奥氏体型不锈钢随材质的不同其质量磁化率对负荷磁场的影响有差异，不同的合金元素含量也有差异，不同牌号的磁导率没有什么差异。
